• SV100 draws yarn into the reed, healds end drop wires a false harness which is knotted to the
  warp beam.
• The machine works without the beam. It uses a cone of yarn to draw-in.
• To allow a correct knotting of the harness to the warp yarn, the machine passes a lease yarn between the drawn-in ends during the drawing-in procedure in order to form a standard lease
• The machine can insert a check lease which corresponds to a highlighted harness yarn.

Main Features are :

• The program and the management of the machine cycles are managed by PLC.
• The machine is equipped with a control and monitoring system for each wire. Each single movement of the work cycle is  controlled.
• Any problem or any irregularity is immediately identified and the machine stops to prevent further complications.
• The error is reported to the operator as well as the steps required to solve the problem. Each operation that caused the error is repeated automatically.
• The machine is equipped with 2 touch-screen PC, one for each side of work.
• It is possible to insert new jobs in the archive while the machine is executing another one.
• SV100 is equipped with a modem that allows the connection with our assistance center to check and solve any problem or to update or modify the machine cycles management program.
